Product quality enquiries
This page explains how to report an item that appears damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Product materials, dimensions and features are described on the individual product page.
Check your delivery
- Compare the item, size, colour and quantity received with your order confirmation.
- Check the item and packaging for visible damage or missing components.
- Keep the packaging and order details while a reported issue is being reviewed.
Report an issue
Email service@lovicca.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the item, relevant label and any damage. For items damaged on arrival, contact us within 7 days of receipt as described in the Return Policy.
Review and resolution
Customer service will review the information you provide and explain the next steps under the Return Policy. If a return is approved, use the return address supplied by customer service and provide the tracking number. Returned items are inspected before a refund is processed.
Replacement, refund eligibility and responsibility for return shipping depend on the issue and the conditions in our Return Policy.
