Payment options

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout and may depend on your location. Select from the options shown before submitting payment.

If PayPal is offered and selected, follow the PayPal checkout instructions. If card payment is offered, enter the information requested by the payment form and complete any verification requested by your bank or payment provider.

Review your order

Check your items, delivery address, currency, discounts, shipping charges and final total before paying. Do not submit another payment if the result is unclear; first check your order confirmation, account and payment provider.

Discount codes

If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the discount field at checkout and apply it. Confirm that the discount appears in your order total before completing the purchase. Eligibility and exclusions depend on the specific promotion.

Payment questions and refunds

For help with an order or payment status, email service@lovicca.com with your order number. Do not email your full card number, card security code or account password. Your bank or payment provider can assist with payment verification or declined transactions.

Refund eligibility and processing are described in our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
