Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders from Lovicca, operated by YANG FULING TRADING LIMITED.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after dispatch.
2. Destinations and delivery estimates
We ship to U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and selected international destinations. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout. If your destination is not available, contact us before ordering.

These transit estimates do not include the 1–3 business days needed to process an order. Delivery may be delayed by weather, customs clearance or carrier issues; the estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
3. Shipping charges
- U.S. orders over $89: free Standard Shipping.
- U.S. orders of $89 or less: $8.99 Standard Shipping.
- Expedited and international shipping: charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking
Use the tracking link or number in your shipping confirmation email. Our Track Order page explains common tracking statuses. If you need help, email service@lovicca.com with your order number.
5. Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Contact us promptly if tracking is delayed or a parcel appears lost. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and your order number. We will review the issue and coordinate the next steps with you and the carrier. Damaged-item remedies are explained in the Return Policy.
6. Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
7. Address changes or cancellation requests
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Customer service will confirm whether the request can be accommodated based on the order's status. Sending a request does not itself confirm a change or cancellation.
